The RoundWiz home screen on a phone: six jobs and £125 due today with two already done, £1,006 owed across the round, the next clean due and who owes the most.
Import

Your rounds come with you.

The bit everyone dreads, and the bit RoundWiz is best at. Send it whatever you have, an export from the app you use now or the spreadsheet you keep, and it works out which column is which on its own. No tidying up first. You see what it found before a single row is saved, and your round names come across exactly as you wrote them.

The RoundWiz import screen: pick the file you already keep, with the promise that nothing changes until you say so.
Today

Open the app, see the day.

Today shows every job in your own running order, with the weather across the top. Tick a job done at the gate and the money side updates itself.

The week's weather along the top of the Today screen, with today highlighted.
Rounds

Rounds that hold their shape.

Fixed-day rounds keep whole streets together on the day you always do them. One tap pulls back anyone who has drifted. Flexible rounds run each customer on their own rhythm, 4-weekly, 6-weekly, whatever you agreed at the door.

Three rounds grouped by schedule, each showing its day and how often it runs.
Behind

Rained off? Nothing gets lost.

Every clean you could not get to sits on the Behind screen, oldest first, with the total to recover at the top. Move a handful onto Thursday in one go and carry on.

The Behind screen: eight cleans behind, oldest first, with the total to recover.
Money

Know who owes, to the penny.

Owing and paid at a glance, part payments, tips, and money on account for the ones who pay up front. If Mr. Singh's payments arrive under his wife's name, you can note that too.

The Money screen showing the total outstanding across every customer, split into owing and paid.
People

Every customer's story in one place.

Cleans and payments together, newest first. Gate codes, dogs, "knock loud", the name on the bank transfer. The stuff you currently keep in your head.

A customer record showing the service, when it is next due, when it was last done, and the clean history.

Sunday night, and the spreadsheet is open again.

You know the drill. Scroll to find who's due, cross-check who paid, copy the addresses into a message, try to remember whether you moved the Hardys after the rain. One wrong cell and half a street thinks the clean is next week.

RoundWiz replaces that hour, and the little knot in your stomach that comes with it. Who is due works itself out from your last visit and each customer's own schedule. Rained-off cleans queue up instead of vanishing. The money adds itself up as you tick jobs off. If someone rings to skip a clean, it's two taps at the van door, not a note on your hand.

And if you have spent years building that spreadsheet, good. It imports.

Bring your spreadsheet across in minutes →

Your rounds move in, in one go.

Upload the export from the app you use now, or the spreadsheet you already keep. Excel or OpenOffice, one sheet or ten. RoundWiz reads your columns, shows you what it found, and asks before it assumes anything. Names, addresses, prices, frequencies, last cleans, round names kept exactly as you wrote them. Big lists import in the background while you put the kettle on. There's a template if you'd rather start clean.

Built different, on purpose.

Nothing you do not need.

No quotes, no job types, no team rotas, no dashboard to set up. Rounds come back round on their own, rained-off cleans wait on the Behind screen, and there is nothing else to learn. If you run your round from a diary today, you already know how this works.

Built for round work.

Every screen assumes wet hands, a phone, and a round to finish. It was built with window cleaners, so it fits them best, and it fits anyone else running a round just as well.

Asked at the gate

Does it work on iPhone, Android and tablets?+

Yes. RoundWiz runs on anything with a browser and installs to your home screen like an app. iPhone, Android, tablets, and the computer for a rainy-day admin session.

I'm not great with tech. Will I get on with it?+

It is built to be the simple one. No long setup wizard to sit through and no dashboard to configure: put your customers in, say how often each one is due, and the round comes back round on its own. If you can keep a paper diary you can run this, and if you do get stuck the support email goes to the person who built it.

I've got hundreds of customers in a spreadsheet. How long does moving really take?+

Most rounds import in one go: upload the file, check what we matched, done in minutes. An export from the app you use now works the same way as a spreadsheet. Multi-sheet workbooks and OpenOffice files work too, and your round names come across exactly as you wrote them.

Can I try it without giving up what I use now?+

Yes, and that is how most people start. Import a copy of your round, leave the app or spreadsheet you use now exactly as it is, and run the two side by side for a few weeks until you trust it. Nothing switches off at your end and the trial needs no card. They are not talking to each other, though, so once you are happy, tick your cleans off in one place and not two.

I'm not a window cleaner. Can I still use it?+

Yes. It is built for window cleaners and similar round-based trades, so if you run a round of any kind, the same screens fit: gutter clearing, softwashing, cleaning contracts, anything that repeats on a schedule. It will feel most at home if you clean windows, because that is who it was built with.

What happens when a week of rain wrecks the schedule?+

Rained-off cleans collect on the Behind screen with the total to recover. Pick a day, move them across in a batch, and the schedule takes it from there.

Customers on different schedules?+

Yes. 4-weekly, 6-weekly, every 2 months on a fixed day, one-offs, and everything between. Fixed-day rounds keep streets together; flexible rounds let each customer run to their own rhythm.

Is there a contract?+

No. Monthly rolling, cancel in the app, and you can export your full customer list any time. The free trial needs no card.

Who's behind it?+

A software developer in Essex with 30 years behind him, building RoundWiz in the open with working window cleaners. Improvements ship most weeks and the release notes are public.

Give it 30 days on your own rounds.

Import your customers, run a couple of weeks, and see what Sunday night feels like. If it's not for you, export your data and go, no hard feelings.
