Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?+
No. The 30-day trial needs no card at all. You put payment details in only if you decide to carry on at the end.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Nothing disappears. If you subscribe, you carry on where you left off. If you don't, your data sits there waiting, and you can export the lot whenever you want it.
Should I go monthly or yearly?+
Monthly if you want to keep it loose; yearly if you already know it fits, since £79.90 works out as two months free. You can switch either way.
How do I cancel?+
In the app, two taps, no phone call and no "are you sure" maze. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your rounds on the way out.
Is VAT included?+
Yes. £7.99 is the price you pay. There is no setup fee and no per-user charge on top.
Can I get a receipt for my books?+
