Your rounds move in, in one go.

Upload the export from the app you use now, or the spreadsheet you already keep. RoundWiz reads your columns, shows you what it found, and asks before it assumes anything. If you have spent years building that sheet, good. It imports.

No card needed. Cancel any time. Your data exports whenever you want it.

STEP ONE

Upload the file you already have.

An export from the app you use now, or Excel or OpenOffice, one sheet or ten, however you have built it over the years. No tidying up first. Messy is normal and we expect it.

STEP TWO

Check what we matched.

RoundWiz reads your column headings and shows you what it thinks each one is. Change anything it got wrong. It asks before it assumes.

STEP THREE

Import, and put the kettle on.

Small rounds are done in seconds. Big lists import in the background while you get on with something else.

What comes across

Names, addresses, prices, frequencies, last cleans and round names, kept exactly as you wrote them. If your rounds are called "Tues Chelmsford" and "Big houses", they stay called that. We are moving your rounds in, not renaming them for you.

Multi-sheet workbooks.

A tab per round is a common way to do it, and it works. Pick the sheets you want and import them together.

Your own column headings.

"£", "Price", "Cost", "How much", all understood. Anything unusual you can point at the right field yourself.

Nothing saved until you say so.

You see what will happen before it happens. If it looks wrong, change it or walk away, and nothing has been written.

Keep your old setup running.

Importing takes a copy. Whatever you use now carries on untouched, so you can run both for a few weeks until you trust this one. They do not talk to each other, so once you have decided, tick your cleans off in one place.

Import more than once.

Bring a second round across next week, or a list you forgot about. It is not a one-time thing you have to get perfect.

Starting clean?

There is a template if you would rather begin from a tidy sheet. Fill in the columns, upload it, done.

Stuck with an odd file?

Send it over and it gets looked at by the person who wrote the importer. That is usually a same-day answer.

Give it 30 days on your own rounds.

Import your customers, run a couple of weeks, and see what Sunday night feels like. If it's not for you, export your data and go, no hard feelings.
